The insurance cover for the cottage includes buildings, contents and public liability up to £5M. The personal possessions of guests are not covered by this insurance.

The cottage was assessed for electrical safety in September 2022 (EICR report) and all appliances were tested for electrical safety (PAT testing report)

The cottage has a fire safety assessment for the holiday let licence and also a risk assessment for guests that is reviewed on a more regular basis.
