We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Brian’s cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful Scottish getaway. Brilliant and thoughtful communication, spotlessly clean and comfortable, this place is really a home away from home. Brian came and said hello after we’d settled in, and there was milk in the fridge (so thoughtful) as well as some champagne as we were staying at new year. Particularly lovely waking up and having a cup of tea in bed looking out the loch – so calming. It’s a short drive to lovely Inverary, (we would especially recommend the walk from the centre past the castle and up to Dun na Cuaiche watchtower which has amazing views of gthe castle and the length of the loch.) The cottage is kitted out with everything you could need, hairdryer, lots of cooking utensils which was great as we cooked a lot. We also felt very good value for money. Thank you so much Brian and Becs, we hope to be back again. Such a great spot and beautiful part of the world.
